Renovations

A comprehensive Master Plan provides clubs with a long‑term vision for their golf course, one that balances strategic enhancements, infrastructure needs, and financial considerations. Fazio Design’s master planning process is collaborative and data‑driven, combining on‑site evaluation with decades of architectural expertise. We identify strengths, opportunities, and phased improvements that can be implemented all at once or over time. For clubs with aspirations to host major golf events, we also evaluate competitive strategy, spectator flow, operational logistics, and the infrastructure required to support championship‑level play.
